These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the services provided by Flysharp UK ("we", "us", "our"), including flight bookings, travel arrangements, and our website flysharpuk.com. By engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully.

1. Definitions
- "You" / "Passenger" – the person making a booking or using our services.
- "Booking" – any flight reservation, itinerary, or travel service arranged through Flysharp UK.
- "Supplier" – airlines, hotels, or other third-party travel providers whose products we book on your behalf.
2. Our Role
Flysharp UK acts as an agent on your behalf when booking flights and travel services with third‑party suppliers. We do not operate the flights ourselves. Your booking is subject to the terms and conditions of the respective airline or supplier, in addition to these Terms. We will always inform you of the relevant supplier terms.
3. Bookings & Payment
- All bookings are subject to availability and price confirmation at the time of booking.
- A booking is not confirmed until full payment is received and a confirmation email is issued by us.
- Prices quoted over the phone or on our website are inclusive of applicable taxes and fees unless otherwise stated.
- We accept payment by credit/debit card or bank transfer. By providing payment details, you authorise us to process the full booking amount.
- If we are unable to confirm your booking at the quoted price, we will inform you immediately and offer alternatives or a full refund.
4. Cancellations & Amendments
Cancellation and amendment policies vary by airline and fare type. The following general principles apply:
- If you wish to cancel or amend a booking, contact us immediately. We will explain the applicable charges from the airline, plus any administrative fee we may charge.
- Most discounted and sale fares are non‑refundable. Some may allow changes with a fee plus any fare difference.
- Our standard administration fee for amendments or cancellations is ÂŁ35 per passenger, in addition to any supplier charges.
- Refunds (if applicable) will be processed only after the airline approves and sends the refund to us. This can take up to 12 weeks.
5. ATOL Protection
Many of the flight‑inclusive packages we arrange are financially protected by the ATOL scheme (Air Travel Organiser’s Licence). When you book a flight with us that is part of an ATOL‑protected package, you will receive an ATOL certificate. This certifies that your package is protected in the event of our insolvency. For more information, visit the CAA website.
Not all bookings are ATOL‑protected (e.g., flight‑only bookings). We will clearly inform you whether your booking falls under ATOL or not.
6. Passports, Visas & Health
- It is your responsibility to ensure you have valid passports, visas, and any required travel documents for all destinations.
- We can provide general guidance on entry requirements, but you must verify the latest rules with the relevant embassy or official source before travel.
- Health requirements (vaccinations, COVID‑19 rules, etc.) are also your responsibility. Check with a healthcare professional and the destination’s health authority.
7. Travel Insurance
We strongly recommend you purchase comprehensive travel insurance at the time of booking to cover cancellation, medical emergencies, lost luggage, and other unforeseen circumstances. We are not liable for any losses that could have been covered by travel insurance.
8. Baggage & Flight Changes
- Baggage allowance is set by each airline and may vary according to fare type. We will confirm your allowance at booking. Excess baggage fees are payable directly to the airline.
- Airlines may occasionally change flight schedules or aircraft. We will inform you of any significant changes if we are notified by the airline. However, we are not liable for schedule alterations, delays, or cancellations caused by the airline or force majeure events.
9. Limitation of Liability
Flysharp UK acts solely as a booking agent. Our liability is limited to the value of the booking we arrange on your behalf. We are not responsible for:
- Acts or omissions of airlines, hotels, or other suppliers.
- Flight delays, cancellations, denied boarding, or lost baggage (these are the airline's responsibility under applicable regulations).
- Any indirect, consequential, or special losses you may suffer (e.g., loss of enjoyment, missed connections).
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud.
10. Force Majeure
We will not be in breach of these Terms nor liable for delay or failure to perform if the cause is beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to: natural disasters, pandemics, war, terrorism, industrial action, airport closures, or government travel restrictions.
11. Data Protection
We process your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By making a booking, you consent to our collection and use of your data as described there, including sharing necessary information with airlines and travel suppliers.
12. Complaints & Disputes
If you have a complaint, please contact us immediately so we can investigate. We aim to resolve issues promptly. If we cannot reach a resolution, you may refer your complaint to the relevant Ombudsman service or the Civil Aviation Authority if ATOL‑related. These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
13. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version will always be available on our website. Bookings made before a change will be governed by the Terms in effect at the time of booking.
